According to Reuters October 7 reported that the Italian car manufacturer Fiat recently said that after all the conditions for cooperation are met, Fiat ( Fiat 131 conrods ) and its American company Chrysler merger resolution will take effect Oct. 12.

Fiat said that none of the creditors against the merger, while giving shareholders a lot of money, this shareholders choose to sell their shares, but the stock value has not exceeded its limit set by 500 million euros.

In addition the company claims that the new Fiat Chrysler FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) of shares will be available beginning October 13 at the New York Stock Exchange.
