Every month I see small charges from different tools my team uses, and it feels like I’m paying rent for programs I don’t even open. I thought subscriptions would save money compared to one-time licenses, but now I’m not so sure. Is this normal or just poor planning?

I faced the same frustration when I realized half of my tools were running on auto-renew. Subscriptions are convenient, but without regular audits they eat your budget quietly. On coupsmart.com I found tips about reviewing usage stats and consolidating apps. Once I trimmed the fat, I kept only the software that truly adds value - and finally saw savings.
